The second phase of training for the second set of candidates for the role of national experts

9- 10 December at School of Business and Management of Technology of BSU the second phase of training for the second set of candidates for the role of national experts on Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production was held. Training, which was begun in August 2015, was continued by Dr. Johannes Fresner, director Stenum GmbH in Graz, Austria.
This phase of training consisted of in-depth studying of RECP techniques and methods for:
- minimize the use of materials and as a result – reduce waste production;
- reduction of incoming streams of water used in the manufacturing process, thereby reducing the volume of waste water;
- Enterprise Energy Efficiency (in this module all kinds of energy are considered: heat, steam, electricity, etc.);
- organization of using hazardous substances and materials, thus avoiding the generation of hazardous waste at the company and additional sources of emissions.
Course trainer allocated to individual unit training the skills of national experts to analyze the feasibility of the proposed activities for resource and energy efficiency. This analysis includes an assessment of the technical, environmental and economic efficiency of the proposed measures, which lies at the heart of modern business planning.
15 candidates for the role of experts on Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production have successfully completed the second phase of training.
